Pittsburgh Kettlebell and Performance

Huge props to Kristi Devenyi, one of our amazing trainers at PK&P!!

Kristi participated in the GORUCK, which is a team-based endurance event modeled after military special operations training. Kristi completed the Tough, which was 12 hours OVERNIGHT, and then the Light which is 5 hours THE NEXT DAY!!!!

Events include carrying heavy ass shit, other people, bodyweight exercises, and covering lots of miles, all while wearing a 20+ pound backpack.
This event was in honor of the Battle of Mogadishu, what the movie Black Hawk Down, was about.
