Sean Cerqua

Sean is a Pittsburgh based trainer that uses alternative training to achieve RESULTS. With over 6 years of experience, Sean has evolved both his body & his mind. He can help you achieve your personal fitness goals with hard work and perseverance. Everyday wellness combined with functional training make for a healthy lifestyle. Strength, flexibility and fat burning are among the RESULTS you can achieve when you put your mind to it. By combining cardio, kettlebells and strength training, YOU can achieve the RESULTS you desire. Both one on one sessions and group training are available.

He is a Certified Kettlebell Teacher (Levels 1 & 2) through the International Kettlebell & Fitness Federation as well as a Level One Kettlebell Sport Coach through the International Kettlebell Sport & Fitness Academy.
