Brittany Howard

Brittany is a NASM-certified personal trainer and group instructor from Chicago. She has certifications in Strength Training/Weight Loss, Kettlebell, Corrective Exercise, and Mobility. She is currently working on her Nutrition Certification as well.

Coming from an athletic background, Brittany always enjoys pushing herself to see what her body is capable of. She is currently active in a training style that includes a hybrid of strength/conditioning, powerlifting, and kettlebell techniques. When she’s not in the gym, you can find her spending time with and spoiling her adorable niece and nephew.

Her main goal as a coach is to help make exercise an enjoyable and rewarding experience that you can look forward to every week. Health is wealth…your body is capable of SO much more than you think!!
