It was Chappie but in the chiropractic office just before the gym opened. I went out and he showed me how to do the workout. I suggested he wear shorter shorts. Long story...

Kristi shared one of those discounted classes then I was hooked on those heavy days! Kristi, Mike and Sean showed me the strength I never knew I had.
