Everyone needs to do strength training. 

Hey you.…you-the one who thinks endless cardio is the best way to lose weight….wrong! Lift some weights and see what a difference it makes in your body composition. 

*I am not saying don’t do cardio. You need cardio to improve cardiovascular function.

Losing weight shouldn't even always be the goal! Body composition is so important. Personally I went up in weight and down in size when I increased strength training. My other numbers are good, so my doc has no concerns about my weight. Weight is the only one measurement in assessing overall health, but not the be-all end-all of measurements.

6:00 am crew had some fun at the end of their workout today.
Set the clock for 8 minutes:
Rope slam 15 -> right into a sprint to the end
Elbow plank single arm hold :10/:10 up to mountain climbers 20 -> sprint back
Heel taps for 20 and keep going!
