Fat Bars Overhyped?

Definitely not!  Reasons?

1.  Improved Grip Strength

2.  Forearm strength will improve

3. Improved hand strength for Combat sports athletes or any athlete who has to catch a ball or engage someone in their sport.

4.  Working the forearms harder elicits an increase in motor unit recruitment in the upper body prime movers.

Remember, your upper body is only as strong as it’s weakest link and for most people that is their forearms!
