New Boot Camp Class on Tuesday’s & Thursdays

KETTLEBELL BOOT CAMP CLASS NOW BEING ADDED TO SCHEDULE ON TUESDAYS AND THURSDAYS AT 10:00AM!! David Sachs will be instructing this class. This class is perfect for all Fitness Levels. It is a fitness approach to Kettlebell Training which will be tailored to each member of the class, incorporating kettlebells, body-weight exercises, battleropes, etc. Perfect for the individual trying to lose weight, build muscle, & increase cardiovascular endurance.
